When reading an offer, keep in mind that you are out to get the best price AND the best terms for you. If you focus solely on the price, you may overlook terms that could be favorable to you as a buyer.
Some terms that may work in your favor:
higher-than-market-interest in a second mortgage for your home
the buyer will pay for most or all of the closing costs
the buyer will take care of any repairs
quick close - the buyer is pre-approved and ready to close in a timeframe that best suits you
When reading through offers, remember to look at the whole package. Take the time that you need to assess what is being offered and if it meets your needs.
Responsive, professional and provided great service. This was our first home purchase and he helped us navigate and understand the entire process! We would definitely recommend him to others.matthewnbethany
Chris Cantu was recommended to us by a good friend, to help us find a home in the Kennesaw area. We were unfamiliar with the city and the market, and we were very particular about what we wanted in a house. I know that we were difficult to work with, but Chris was wonderful. He was so patient and understanding with us, and although it took almost a year, he found us the perfect home! We are still living there, but we intend to contact Chris when and if we ever decide to move again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thanks Chris. You're the best! You are great asset to your clients and we would always recommend and encourage any of our friends who are about to purchase a home to use you. You are a true professional and made us feel confident as we traveled the winding road of finding the right home, inspecting it for safety and comfort, then negotiating it all the way to close.-Chuck and Robin.
